What you need

  • Whole wheat toast
  • Hummus
  • Bulgarian feta
  • Heirloom tomatoes
  • Avocado
  • Chili powder

What to do

  • Spread your toast (after it's been toasted) with hummus.
  • Layer the avocado & tomatoes.
  • Add crumbled feta over everything.
  • Sprinkle with chili powder.


Tip: I like to drizzle avocado oil on my toast before everything to give my bread a little more moisture but I promise it tastes just as good without it. In fact, you won't even taste it...it's more for freaks like me who can't eat things "dry."
