What you need

  • 2 ounces dark rum (I used Bacardi Gold) 
  • 3 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce orange juice
  • 1 ounce coconut cream (use a little less than the full ounce)
  • fresh nutmeg
  • ice

What to do

  • In a shaker combine ice, rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and coconut cream, shake well.
  • Pour all contents (including ice) into a bar glass.
  • Sprinkle fresh nutmeg over the froth.
