SIVAN AYLA HQ

Before we leave our house + SIVAN AYLA HQ later this summer, I wanted to share all the details including the before + after of the space. First, a little backstory: This area was originally a sh*tty shed / pool house / garage situation that was detached in our backyard. It was in need of a complete gut job and we used it as storage for the first couple years living here until we started the remodel. As our team + businesses grew, we knew we wanted to utilize this space, and have to say I love how it came out! We still lack a bit of privacy since there aren’t too many traditional offices (especially since Paul is always on the phone and always f*cking LOUD) and while it’s nice being close to the house / kids, it also makes it hard for balance with the kids. When we move to SD, we’ll be renting office space for Sivan Ayla HQ but plan on having a similar vibe.

As for the details of what we did to this space during the remodel:

+ Opened up the walls to make 2 sliding doors

+ Cleaned up the beams & added lighting

+ Polished the concrete floors

+ Added French doors that lead to the office

+ Fresh drywall

+ Paint to brighten everything up

+ Contractor: @preferred_homebuilders

For more BTS of the remodel and office, I have a ‘sivanaylaHQ’ highlight on IG. Keep reading for all the details of this space and let me know if I forgot anything!
