DIY: Neon Moccasins

My co-worker Lindsay walked into work wearing these super cute neon moccasins today. Little did I know, she made them! Well, the color at least. Nervous to wreck an expensive pair, she experimented using a cheap Target pair with some fabric paint and the results are in the pudding….or however that saying goes!
