VIDEO: MY DOUBLE CHIN ROLLER & OTHER PRODUCTS

We need to talk about something. I know a lot of you don’t agree with me about my double chin, but it’s something that is really starting to bother me. It’s not so much about how it looks NOW, but rather how I envision it developing over time. I look back at profile images 3 years ago and I certainly did not have this excess skin / fat. Look, I know it’s minimal, but if there is anything I can do now to prevent it from getting worse I will. That is, as long as it’s non-invasive / not harmful / not expensive.

Nurse Jamie Uplift Roller – I learned about the Nurse Jamie Uplift roller when I first started talking about my double chin issues on IG stories. It’s apparently a big deal among the Kardashians, Jessica Alba, & other reputable celebs that seem to have a grasp on their under chin area (LOL). For $69 I was willing to give it a whirl. You’ll have to watch the video to find out exactly what I think about it / if it works / how I use it.

Bliss Triple Oxygen Eye Masks – I’ve been using these for a long time and can say I really love them. The trick is to pop them into the fridge 5 minutes before applying to get them nice & cold. At room temp I don’t feel like they work as well.

Unite 7 Second Hair Masque – After coloring my hair brown, which has totally faded btw, I felt like my hair needed a little TLC. Hair masks are kind of annoying because you need to let them sit on your head for a good 5 – 10 minutes to really work and who just wants to stand around in the shower for that long?? In the video I talk about how I use this hair mask.

Ilia Cucumber Water Stick – This is a new product for me but it’s one that instantly had me wondering how I lived life without it before. It’s incredibly hydrating and goes on nicely over or under other face products. I like to use it right after I roll out my face with the Nurse Jamie roller.

Dry Brush – LOVE the benefits of dry brushing. I have an entire post all about it if you want all the juice. Most noticeably, it has really helped smooth out my skin in areas that get those weird little invisible bumps, but there are tons of great internal benefits to dry brushing as well.

Avene Cold Cream for Lips – My dermatologist recommended I use this years ago since my lips are INSANELY dry and I’ve been using it religiously ever since. Pretty sure it has something to do with the ingredients not drying out your lips further, but in general it feels really good, it’s very thick, and lasts for a long time.
