Let’s face it, I’m a California girl through and through and couldn’t be happier to wear a skirt with a sweater in the “winter.” I like the chillier temps but it gets old fast and I pretty much start counting down the days until summer in January. Since I like the unconventional (obviously), I wanted to share some denim pieces that I’m currently loving for the holidays.
We all know sparkles and velvet are a thing during the holidays, but it’s nice to gift more practical items like denim. You can also easily wear denim to holiday parties by dressing them up with a cute top, jacket, and shoes. 7 For All Mankind has been a staple in my closet for years. I can always rely on their good, consistent fit and their classic designs.
For the girl on your list that has everything and is too picky or hard to shop for, I’ve picked out some denim options that might solve your holiday shopping issues. And if not, you can always just use the “one for you, one for me” or “treat yourself” mentality and pick up some goodies for yourself 🙂
DENIM GIFT IDEAS:
Classic Skinny Jean. You can’t ever have enough, right? I love a skinny jean with some distress to it. It definitely adds a more casual feel but they look so great in Instagram #ootd pics!
Embellished Jeans.It’s really hard to find a pair of jeans with a little something to them that won’t be TOO specific. You know what I mean? Patches and embroidery really stand out, but some subtle detail is the way to go.
Flare Jeans. I’m SO into 70’s style right now I can’t resist these! They are incredibly flattering, especially in dark colors. 7 For All Mankind have a knack for stretchy fabrics so these are extra comfy, too.
Denim Skirt. I’m especially loving this skirt since it’s sleek, black, stretchy, and has the front zipper detail, which can easily be dressed up or down.
