I have honestly never loved foundation. It always looks fabulous on camera, but in person I’m totally cringing when I see it. That’s the thing, I feel like you shouldn’t be able to see your foundation. It should essentially be your second [flawless] skin, right?

Maybe I have this all wrong, but up until I tried this foundation, I kind of avoided it. I’d rather be bare-faced (flaws & all), than look cakey and made-up. It’s a matter of personal preference, but I prefer light coverage that gives me a nice tan color without being too visible. If I can’t feel it, it’s usually a good sign, too. I have used (& liked) other foundations, but I finally feel like I found a product that is a game changer for me.

Now onto the title of this video. Flawless seems a bit aggressive, no? But, that’s the name of the foundation and the campaign surrounding it is all about that flawless finish. Normally when I’m doing my makeup I never aim to be Kim K flawless because I know the amount of makeup on her face (not for me). However, I can see the appeal–no redness, dark spots, blemishes, discoloration, pores, etc. Overall, it’s a gorgeous look, but not everyday practical. I’d like to think that I found the happy-medium on this one. Not quite Kin K perfection, but also a step up from my everyday natural makeup.

Oh my gosh you really are the cutest in these videos! This was super helpful, thank you. Love, love these quick make up tutorials. I also love Too Faced, have their bronzer and can’t go a day without using it. I definitely need to get my hands on that Chocolate palette, I love the way you mixed the shadows together the finished look was visible without being too much. HAHA and loved the reference to Polly Pockets, ahhh memories! Thanks again for the tips I will absolutely be putting them to good use xoxo
