SKINVESTMENT: Erno Laszlo Marble Sheet Mask

Erno Laszlo White Marble Sheet Mask ReviewErno Laszlo Sheet Mask

Do we question anything that has marble on it? The answer, for me, is no. My skin has undergone quite a bit of change this summer, as I’ve traveled to different climates that pretty much yo-yo’d and caused damage on my face. What am I talking about? My summer began in Italy, where I drank a ton of alcohol for 10 days on the hot beaches in Capri and Positano. Very dehydrating on my skin, and I soaked up those rays of sun more than I’d like to admit. I then traveled to the Hamptons, New York City, and Miami, where my skin was in major humidity, causing my pores to clog big-time, especially from wearing makeup. I spent a week in Maui, where the temps were high, the humidity high, and the wind strong. Oh, not to mention, more sun. As you can imagine, this wasn’t the best for my skin. Then there’s Los Angeles, dry and hot for months.

The bipolar weather I’ve exposed my skin to has definitely affected the resilience of my skin and it just sucks. While you cannot reverse the damage fully, there are tons of products today that help fill-in, correct, and restore your skin. I’m big into at-home remedies, as I’m not the type who gets a professional facial as often as some. Sheet masks, clay masks, eye patches, you name it, I’m willing to try it.

I recently started using these Erno Laszlo white marble sheek masks when my skin was feeling it’s most dehydrated. I kid you not when I say the sheet was dry after 15 minutes. Meaning: my skin drank it up! You don’t rinse this mask off either so the residue just adds a layer of moisture that leaves your face visibly more hydrated and repaired.

I know these are a bit pricey, but when you’re like me (approaching 30 and willing to try anything non-invasive to help with anti-aging), products like this are worth every penny!
