You haven’t seen me in hi-lo much this season but I did purchase this skirt almost a year ago and have shown it no love. I thought it might be time to pull it out before summer is actually gone and tights have to get involved, and that would not be a pretty sight with a hi-lo. As I prep for my upcoming trip to NYC next week I can’t help but think that I might need to find some muted colors to wear, as my usual color palettes are probably too bright for the big apple. Thoughts?
